Gemma and David were very unfortunate in having the wettest wedding of the year so far. The rain poured throughout the day but the couple and their guests did not let it dampen their spirits. The day was fantastic despite the weather and the couple still managed to get some lovely photographs in the superb grounds if Inn on the Lake.
The couples special day had a lot of great personal touches, with Gemma being very skilled and hand making many of the special items throughout the day including the table centrepieces and a fantastic table plan which they are going to turn into a table after the wedding.
Mike started the day with the girls and their preparations before heading downstairs to catch the guest arriving for the ceremony. The couple and their family and friends enjoyed their personal ceremony. After the ceremony they spent some time with their guests before having some group photographs, which unfortunately had to be held inside due to the pouring rain. The couple were able to head outdoors for some of their couple photographs, armed with umbrellas, which was great as it gave the couple the chance to have some time along in the stunning gardens. The couple enjoyed their afternoon in the hotel before moving over to the newly renovated ramblers bar for their evening reception.
Gemma and David's wedding is testament that even on the wettest wedding day you can still have gorgeous wedding photographs.
